IAEG Peru is part of a global network dedicated to advancing engineering geology through innovation, sustainability, and ethical practice. With support from IAPG Peru, we empower Peruvian professionals and students to connect, grow, and lead.
Our mission
We bring together students, researchers, engineers and geoscientists who analyse how geology shapes infrastructure, mining, and protect the environment across Peru and beyond. Our work spans fieldwork, technical exchange, and public outreach.
As the Peruvian Group of the International Association for Engineering Geology and the Environment (IAEG), we align local practice with international standards while staying rooted in the specific challenges of Peru's terrain — from Andean slopes to coastal urban growth.
